  • Katie Holtham

    Senior Physiotherapist | Director

    Qualifications BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, The University of Nottingham 2011, BSc (Hons) Applied Sport and Exercise Science, Loughborough University 2008.

    Profile Katie has represented England in Football, captaining sides from Under 15’s to Senior level. She has played professionally over the last 10 years in England (Chelsea Ladies FC), USA (Western NY) and Australia (Perth Glory Women) to name a few. Katie has significant experience in the sporting field spending four years as Head Academy Physiotherapist at Nottingham Forest Football Club predominantly working with the U18 - U21 squad, overseeing the U9 - U16 squads, and assisting with the Men’s 1st Team squad.

    Katie is passionate about strength and conditioning, post op rehabilitation protocols and return to sport testing. Katie enjoys playing football, strength and conditioning and walking her labs with coffee!

  • Linda Cooper

    Senior Physiotherapist

    Qualifications B Sc Physiotherapy University of Witwatersrand, South Africa 1981.

    Profile Linda has over 35 years experience as a physiotherapist in the area of private practice, musculoskeletal and work-related injuries. She has a special interest in aquatic therapy and exercise rehabilitation. This method along with her hands-on approach has enabled Linda to become a highly respected physiotherapist in the area of injury management and rehabilitation.

    Her keen interest in many sports, particularly rugby union, swimming, running and triathlons has seen her work with many athletes, school and club rugby union teams over the years.

  • John Ryan

    Senior Sports Physiotherapist

    Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Masters of Physiotherapy, Master of Sports Physiotherapy

    Profile John is an Irish physiotherapist, holding a Masters in Physiotherapy and Postgraduate Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Curtin University.

    John is primarily involved in sports rehabilitation, athlete testing and ACL and shoulder rehabilitation. He has previously worked as Head Physiotherapist for Cottesloe Rugby Club, Perth Soccer club, Physiotherapist at Western Force Rugby and has carried out specialised training with the Perth Wildcats.

    John specialises in Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Sports Injury assessments. He has a particular interest in biomechanics and addressing movement competency, having an undergraduate degree in Engineering. Outside of work, John likes running, strength & conditioning training and playing soccer weekly. John takes an active, tailored-exercise approach to treatment to ensure clients can get back to what they enjoy quickly and safely.

  • Martin Burrows

    Senior Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist

    Qualifications MSc Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy - Cardiff University, BSc Physiotherapy (Pre Reg) BSc (Hons) Physiology and pharmacology - Manchester Metropolitan University.

    Profile Martin has over ten years of experience and has worked across several areas of physiotherapy from the public sector in the NHS to elite sports. He has worked for British Swimming, British Cycling, Bath University, Celtic Dragons Netball and several rugby clubs including Cardiff Blues and Newport Gwent Dragons academies. He has a special interest in sports injuries and sports injury rehabilitation.

    He’s completed Pilates courses and strength and conditioning courses and has experience in dry needling. Outside of work he competes in Triathlons and has completed two Half ironman events (70.3). He also enjoys football and travelling.

  • Anita Sharp, née Pieraccini

    Senior Physiotherapist

    Qualifications Bachelor of Physiotherapy Curtin University, Polestar Pilates Trained

    Profile Anita has over seven years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal private practice and occupational health. She has extensive experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including neck pain, cervicogenic headache, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, back, knee and shoulder injuries, and in post-operative and sports rehabilitation. Anita's experience in occupational health is inclusive of work-site assessments, injury management advising and delivering corporate manual handling training sessions.

    Anita strongly believes in the patient-physiotherapist alliance and works closely with all her clients to ensure they’re improving and achieving their goals to the best of their ability. Anita has experience in clinical pilates and has completed additional training in dry needling, and strength and conditioning. She also completed the Level 1 Watson Headache® Approach which she uses regularly in her practice.

    Outside the clinic, Anita loves spending time with her beloved dog, Chase and cat Genie, getting creative in the kitchen, keeping fit at the gym, painting, and is a keen traveller.

  • Amanda Figliomeni

    Podiatrist

    Profile Amanda represented WA in women’s football from 1994-2000. She worked with the inaugural Perth Glory Women’s team in a podiatric and management role, working closely with coaching staff, players and medical team. Amanda has worked in the northern and greater suburbs in almost every facet of podiatry, including public hospitals, dealing with diabetic assessments, wound management, the elderly and private practice.

    Vastly experienced in dealing with general care, ingrown toenails, heel pain, sports injuries and biomechanical issues/ analysis. Amanda has a keen interest in trigger point and orthotic therapy. Amanda is passionate about providing an exceptional level of service, in a caring and professional manner.

  • Matt Locatelli

    Remedial Therapist and Personal Trainer

    Qualifications Diploma in Remedial Therapy, Certificate IV in Fitness, Sport Trainer Lev. 1

    Profile Matt is a fully qualified and experienced Remedial Massage therapist who loves helping people to manage their general & chronic muscle tightness, soreness & pain, and addressing soft tissue injuries from both scientific and holistic points of view. He has gained a vast amount of experience treating various clients from athletes of the AFLW/ West Coast Eagles female academy, endurance swimmers, cricket & soccer players and marathon runners to the everyday muscle tightness of the corporate workers. He also worked for special sport events like the IRONMAN Busselton in 2022, the Perth Champions Regatta, City to Surf and the HBF "Run for a Reason" in 2023 & 2024.

    Matt is also a qualified Personal trainer and outdoor sports - gym lover. He is committed to using his fitness knowledge to the advantage of Remedial Therapy to provide better education to the clients, regarding their health & well-being, through general guidelines of strengthening and nutrition for those wanting to get back into shape and, aimed stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles less flexible supporting the thrive in the own everyday life.

    He currently works as a Sports Trainer for the UWA Nedlands FC team, and full-time in the clinic of Beatty Park Physiotherapy, offering a wide range of different massage techniques such as:
