Profile Katie has represented England in Football, captaining sides from Under 15’s to Senior level. She has played professionally over the last 10 years in England (Chelsea Ladies FC), USA (Western NY) and Australia (Perth Glory Women) to name a few. Katie has significant experience in the sporting field spending four years as Head Academy Physiotherapist at Nottingham Forest Football Club predominantly working with the U18 - U21 squad, overseeing the U9 - U16 squads, and assisting with the Men’s 1st Team squad. Katie is passionate about strength and conditioning, post op rehabilitation protocols and return to sport testing. Katie enjoys playing football, strength and conditioning and walking her labs with coffee!

Profile Linda has over 35 years experience as a physiotherapist in the area of private practice, musculoskeletal and work-related injuries. She has a special interest in aquatic therapy and exercise rehabilitation. This method along with her hands-on approach has enabled Linda to become a highly respected physiotherapist in the area of injury management and rehabilitation. Her keen interest in many sports, particularly rugby union, swimming, running and triathlons has seen her work with many athletes, school and club rugby union teams over the years.

Profile Warren graduated from Curtin University in 1990. He initially worked in Community Physiotherapy and at Port Hedland Regional Hospital. He later moved to Kalgoorlie, where he became a partner in Goldfields Physiotherapy and was the clinic manager for 11 years. Whilst in Kalgoorlie Warren completed Level 1 and 2 in Sports Physiotherapy and was very active in the local sports community. His main sporting passions are Australian Rules Football and Cricket and he has worked with both sports at the State level. In 2005 Warren returned to Perth and took a Principle Role with APS Leeming for two and half years before commencing work at Northbridge Physiotherapy Clinic, now Beatty Park Physiotherapy in 2008. Warren’s areas of expertise and interest are in Sports Medicine and Sporting Injuries, however he has vast experience with spinal treatment, workers compensation, occupational injuries and hydrotherapy.

Profile John is a physiotherapist from Ireland with a Masters in Physiotherapy. He is Head Physiotherapist for Cottesloe Rugby Club, having previously worked in club Rugby Union and Soccer. He is currently part of the Western Force medical team. John specialises in sports injury rehabilitation and return to sport assessments, as well as low back and neck pain and post-op orthopaedic rehabilitation. John also runs the GLA:D program for hip & knee osteoarthritis, as well as trigger point dry needling. John likes running, cycling and strength & conditioning training to stay fit, as well as playing soccer weekly with friends. He has played county level soccer and has been selected for national level trials in Ireland. He has completed numerous Ironman 70.3’s and CrossFit competitions. Outside of work, John likes taking his two dogs to the beach and is currently undertaking his Postgraduate Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin University.

Achievements After graduating Carly worked in a very busy private practice in Sydney. On returning to Perth she completed a specialist Pilates Polestar program. Carly uses this Pilates strength training approach for people suffering back pain or recover from back surgery. Carly has also developed antenatal and postnatal Pilates programs for expectant and new mums.

Experience Alexia enjoys rehabilitating her clients to bring out their best and help them achieve their goals. She enjoys diagnosing problem areas and takes great pride in seeing results. She focuses on actually fixing problems that some others tend to over-treat without resolution. She will use a wide range of treatment skills such as dry needling, mobilisation and manipulation to enhance the recovery of her patients presenting with musculoskeletal injuries. Alongside manual therapy, Alexia is trained in RMR rehab with STOTT Pilates®. As a Clinical Pilates Instructor, she uses her exercise knowledge to leverage her ability in rehabilitating her clients more timely and effectively. Alexia enjoys up-skilling her knowledge constantly where possible and will ensure she provides a solid service to her patients from start to finish in their road to recovery.

Experience I have worked in private practice for the past 13 years. Being a sports fanatic, I have a special interest in rehabilitating sporting injuries and love working with patients to get the best results possible and helping them returning to sport or activity. I have completed DMA clinical Pilates and dry needling courses and find them both to be very effective adjuncts to compliment other physiotherapy techniques and exercise rehab programs. I am currently the Peel thunder football club physio for the women's WAFLW, reserves and Rogers teams and last season was a very successful season with both our WAFLW league and reserves teams winning the premiership. Outside of work my main sport is tennis. I play at Cottesloe tennis club and have been lucky enough to have played state league for several years. One of my greatest tennis achievements was captaining the Cottesloe women's state league team to victory in the 2016/17 season. I have also played competitive hockey for many years and enjoy surfing or just running and swimming at the beach.

Profile Anita has over seven years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal private practice and occupational health. She has extensive experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including neck pain, cervicogenic headache, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, back, knee and shoulder injuries, and in post-operative and sports rehabilitation. Anita's experience in occupational health is inclusive of work-site assessments, injury management advising and delivering corporate manual handling training sessions. Anita strongly believes in the patient-physiotherapist alliance and works closely with all her clients to ensure they’re improving and achieving their goals to the best of their ability. Anita has experience in clinical pilates and has completed additional training in dry needling, and strength and conditioning. She also completed the Level 1 Watson Headache® Approach which she uses regularly in her practice. Outside the clinic, Anita loves spending time with her beloved dog, Chase and cat Genie, getting creative in the kitchen, keeping fit at the gym, painting, and is a keen traveller.
Profile Amanda represented WA in women’s football from 1994-2000. She worked with the inaugural Perth Glory Women’s team in a podiatric and management role, working closely with coaching staff, players and medical team. Amanda has worked in the northern and greater suburbs in almost every facet of podiatry, including public hospitals, dealing with diabetic assessments, wound management, the elderly and private practice. Vastly experienced in dealing with general care, ingrown toenails, heel pain, sports injuries and biomechanical issues/ analysis. Amanda has a keen interest in trigger point and orthotic therapy. Amanda is passionate about providing an exceptional level of service, in a caring and professional manner.

Profile Kaitlyn is a Remedial Therapist who uses movement along with soft tissue therapy to allow patients to excel after treatment. Kaitlyn has experience in treating triathletes, volleyballers, footballers, swimmers & athletes due to competing at a high level for both Athletics & Volleyball herself. Not only coming from a sporting background, she has also taken an interest in Myofascial release (MFR) & Barefoot Training. Kaitlyn herself has competed in both Athletics & Volleyball at a National/International level & has recently made the transition to playing AFL.
Achievements Jess has moved back to her home in Perth after spending a few years in Melbourne! She has a vast amount of experience working as a massage therapist for Melbourne Victory in the W-League and Senior Mens NPL Club Green Gully. During her time in Melbourne Jess started her own business ‘Reset Massage Co’ treating a range of different clients from athletes in the AFLW and Cricket to everyday aches and pains. She had a strong referral pathway from corporate clients or office staff to pregnant patients and those just wanting to get back into shape!

Profile Pat has been in the medical industry a very long time, starting out as a mental health nurse at 18 years of age. Along the way she has worked as a phlebotomist and lab assistant, then moving into practice management in medical, dental and physiotherapy practices. She has a strong focus on optimal patient care and enjoys helping people by making their experience a pleasant and positive one. In her spare time, she spoils her weekends by taking long walks around a golf course chasing that little white ball, or in her case its yellow as apparently that goes further, although this is yet to be proven, so she will continue to study this theory.
