Reformer classes utilise the reformer machine, a popular machine designed by Joseph Pilates, that assists with correct technique and challenges your muscles developing strength without bulk, improving flexibility, mobility, posture and bone density.
Our Reformer 2 Classes are run by Physiotherapists in a maximum 1:6 setting.
This class is usually recommended following a stint of sessions in a Clinical Exercise class or Reformer Level 1, and is designed to challenge even the fittest of individuals in a variety of postures and positions. Higher level dynamic functional movements that are life-specific and can be sport-specific too. There is variation of exercises week to week to keep the mind exercised as-well!
